Sometimes a newly loaded subtab remains unconsumed

When interacting with a newly added repeater tab, sometimes Sharpener does not detect it immediately as a new tab and it needs editing another tab, or performing drag and drop with tabs, or adding another tab to make it being recognised by Sharpener.
We currently have a delay set to detect these new tabs (delay is needed to not lose the colour as Burp changes it after interacting with it and loading it early will lead to loading an incorrect colour).

I am not sure about the root cause of this and it is not something I can recreate all the time but it certainly can become better perhaps by loading the settings with a delay upon user interaction when a tab has not been detected by Sharpener.
