Missing spinner in "Select spool" modal in "lazy mode"

Missing feature which should have been introduced in #6
When using Lazy load spool selector's data option, the "Select spool" modal should have a spinner to indicate spools list loading state. Currently, there's no such indicator, and on slower backend instances users are faced with temporarily empty modal.
