Contact record is being overridden when having same email.

while 2 contacts having same email ( husband & wife ) then when one contact is purchasing something then the other contact details ( first name , last name ) are being overridden despite the dedupe rule.

when user is anonymous then only email is being used to pick-up the contact record ( see below line of code )
