Get 90% Test Coverage (2/20/2018)

This is an optional issue. I ran a coverage test to see where we were at and... good news! We got 86% total!

• It looks like we need a unit test for creating an incorrect JSONFile. (One without a path should fail correctly)
• Something seems off around GetJsonPropertyValue,--- I'm thinking this is no longer used.

I did some work on this and was able to get us to 98%!
