request: update medInria builds, building static app for crapple computers

hi,

longtime (per)user, first time poster. i have the following questions/inquiries:

1. the ssl certificate for https://www.medinria.fr expired a few days ago
2. the nightly builds haven't been updated in a few years
3. how can i get medinria to build in static mode? i built the app using the instructions just fine, but the plugins are outside of the app directory and it seems that it isn't built quite right, because the bottom left button/menu is missing.
4. is there any plan to keep this app alive? it is important and unique in a segment that relies heavily on visualisation (or should, if they knew better)
