[PACS/CD] crash clicking on Import

How to reproduce:
- Open Browser -> PACS/CD
- Click on Import in "Series preview and import"
Crash:

Happening in 3.2 branch.

I created a PR to solve this problem on QtDCM repository : medInria/qtdcm#8.
Do I need to create it also on https://github.com/qtdcm/qtdcm by the way?
