迁移的索引文档数少时报错：can't find documents from source

索引中文档时只有15个。有的100w个，批量迁移时，使用命令
./esm -s http://x.x.x.x:xxxx -x index -d http://xxxx:xxxx -y index -w 10 -b 20 --sliced_scroll_size=15 --buffer_count=1000000 -t 240m --refresh
迁移时，当在迁移只有15个文档的索引时
报错：
02-26 14:11:56] [ERR] [main.go:173,main] can't find documents from source.
将--sliced_scroll_size=15调整10也一样错误。最后调整成5后，可以正常迁移

文档少设置 slice 参数没有意义，这块以后会加个判断处理。
