Identification of HAPI FHIR server issues

Is there a work around the issues regarding the HAPI FHIR Server and which other HAPI known errors are a potentiel problems

I would like clarification about the usage of references please. I have found an article defining known issues for HAPI validation errors, including the error I am receiving, which may or may not related:

The MedCom FHIR profiles version IG 1.0.3 is no longer dependant on the correction of the HAPI FHIR error. The issue stays open as long as the problem is not fixed.
