Per the discussion in Slack:

Move the CHT Sync section (building/guides/data/analytics/) under Hosting (hosting).
Move Building Interoperability with FHIR systems documentation(building/guides/integrations/fhir/) under a newly created Interoperability section (maybe under building/guides/integrations)?
