- Update to the existing readme giving both a non-technical and technical explanation of the work completed
- Document specific FHIR resources needed to support the Loss to Followup workflow
- Updated and detailed steps on how to configure Instant OpenHIE for the workflow
- Docker Compose files and other configuration specifications for the participating CHIS's which will enable interested parties to reproduce the results of the TWG
