Improve selectable fields in profile details for dse

The selectable fields for the profile details for the dse should be adjusted as follows:

  1. only include mustSupport fields
  2. remove fields: meta, id and subject
  3. Remove children of polymorph fields
  4. Remove fields that end on extension
  5. Adjust the name of the fields - remove the [x] at the end of polymorph fields
