Can we use this package for Sublime Text 2

I was reading somewhere that textmate bundles can be easily used in Sublime Text 2 as well. Can we use this bundle as well? because I think Sublime is not identifying this .tmbundle when we copy it in the packages folder.
from what I know of sublime its a bit misleading. only certain parts of bundles such as snippets and languages can work with sublime. last time I checked sublime only supported python for scripting. this bundle is written in php, though writing a python version wouldn't be too hard.
