Tidy up dashboards and file uploading in general

- Make file upload update url
- Limit file upload to specific file types
- Tidy message on dashboard url to be more specific on formats allowed
- Save files by type to unique dir's, eg: backgrounds to dashboards-background, sounds to dashboards-sounds
