Line thickness / Arrow Head / Text Size Scaling

Describe the bug
Depending on size of the window when the dashboard is rendered, the text is bigger/smaller and the lines are thicker/thinner and maybe the arrowheads are a different shape

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open two browser windows
2. Make one large and one small
3. Open the same dashboard in each
4. Note the different sizes of the elements relative to each other
5. Resize the smaller window to the large window size
6. Note that the text size now matches but the line thickness does not
7. Reloading the page redraws everything correctly proportioned
8. Shrink the window again, everything scales nicely except the text stays the same size

Expected behavior
All elements of the dashboard scale together.
