What are modules and how do I make phone numbers and emails appear with holehe results?

I see module output, it shows a couple digits of a phone number. all I want is to be able to put a targets email and it tests the password recovery option and gets a few digits of a number, or email. I have 0 clue on how to add modules if that's what I need to do this. Is there any youtube tutorial about this? because i'm stupid and could only pip install and didnt know what a module is or how to use it, and still don't. please help
