read CURRENT list of synched folders?

Hello.
I would like to be able to see the list of the current active local synched folders from my mega settings, and I found no way to do it. Could you suggest a way to do that?

Apart from that, It would be nice to be able to read the preferences settings from mega-cmd. Any chance to see this in future versions?
