problem with downloading

i've brought a pro plan on mega account with this email account

but when im using megacmd to download files from an url, its giving me
chunk download failed 509 error, but transfer limit of my pro plan is
still at 0, why?

im using pro lite, ive made a script using megacmd tools to download files from an url but when im downloading over 5GB, im getting 509 error, then ive brought pro plan and using pro mega account to download files, but still im getting limited for downloads once i reach 5gb

inside settings
instead of % in transfer, i can see ---
but in storage, its 0%

how can i fix that?
