Video files stutter when played

I uploaded a series of videos and pictures to my cloud. When I play the video (any), it looks like this:

However, if I download said video file and play it on my PC, it plays without issues.
This happens only to the video files that I uploaded recently, all other videos that Ive tried playing work fine.

I use latest brave browser with shields disabled.
