Drawing a card when playing Silver

Step to reproduce: select base preset. On each turn, the first time you play a Silver card in your buy phase you draw a card.

Edit: after a quick search, the problem comes from merchant card in CardImpl.silverPlayed method. It seams to be a mistake in Way of the Chameleon implementation.
