Add more information regarding demos

Can we describe the size of the dataset used for the demo, where the demo is running & the server specifications and the features used in the demo?
This will help us choose the demo we want to demo
Hey everyone. To my humble understanding, this issue requires adding the following columns to the existing table in the readme file:
Dataset Size.Hosting Provider.Server Config.Features Used.
If the above info sounds good to you, could you please assign this issue to me?

I don't really think we'll need to add the features used as the demo names are usually quite self-explanatory.
Nor, regarding the assignment of the issue, as stated in the CONTRIBUTING file:
There will be no issue assignment as we don’t want people to ask to be assigned specific issues and never return, discouraging the volunteer contributors from opening a PR to fix this issue. We take the liberty to choose the PR that best fixes the issue, so we encourage you to get to it as soon as possible and do your best!
