Higher cost for Refined Obsidian Armor Set

Describe the feature you'd like

Basically I really like the current Obsidian Armor, but I think it's too cheap to get.
if you discount the four machines needed to get refined obsidian,
when you get an diamond pickaxe, you can basically skip diamond and and netherite armor,
and go directly from iron to refined obsidian.
As Netherite armor in Minecraft 1.20.1 is substantially more difficult to obtain (requiring both a Smithing Template and Netherite Ingot and Diamond armor piece), there is no reason to get that instead of just jumping directly to the Refined Obsidian armor.

I suggest chaining the receipe for the Refined Obsidian armor, to be an upgrade of the Netherite armor,
requring a Smithing Template, a Netherite armor piece, and a block of Refined Obsidian (yes, block, not ingot).
That way Diamond and Netherite armor will get back it's value, and the Refined Obsidian armor will feel substantially more well earned.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The only alternative I can think of is to not use the refined obsidian armor, but that is not really a viable alternative.
