Configurable Jetpack Speed (for modpack creator)

Hello o/

I think it would be great to be able to configure the jetpack movement speed (horizontal at least) with the config file.
Because I'm developing a modpack around mekanism in 1.19.2 and I must admit that the basic jetpack is pretty damn slow.
