Server Console Spam

Issue description
My server's console is continuously spamming this message
[12:58:28] [Server thread/ERROR] [me.co.Mekanism/]: Found tile mekanism.common.tile.transmitter.TileEntityPressurizedTube@743d7e5f instead of an IBoundingBlock, at BlockPos{x=83, y=109, z=307}. Multiblock cannot function
I am hosting a Minecraft server with around 20 or so total players, half of them use Mekanism but often times place their machines in other dimensions (ad astra). Only a few use Mekanism in the overworld.
This occurs consistently while the server is started, I have been to the coordinates in the message yet nothing is there. Nothing Mekanism related is within the next 500 block radius even. I can temporarily stop the spam by going in creative and using world edit to //cut the area, but an hour later or so it'll show up again at a different location, often times being in the same relative area.

You have some sort of world corruption and/or a mod doing crazy things and causing the game to return the wrong data.
