MekaSuit Armor Wearing Sound Plays Consistently

Issue description

When we have MekaSuit worn and while in creative mode, if we open the creative menu, click anywhere in the entire screen, the armor wearing sound plays. This only happens with MekaSuit.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Creative Mode.
  2. Wear a full set of MekaSuit.
  3. Opening the creative inventory and/or clicking anywhere in the inventory plays the armor wearing sound.

21.0.4

Mekanism version

10.6.0 (Latest)

After further investigation we came to the conclusion that this is a vanilla bug.
