Issue description

In any of the GUIs that has text appearing while hovering on certain elements, if you move your mouse while the text is appeared, the text does not move correctly with the mouse vertically, but horizontally works fine.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any GUI that has hovering-texts.
  2. Hover on an element that has texts and move the mouse. The text will not move correctly on vertical axis.
