Issue description

Stacking Meka-Tools and then installing units to all at once causes the units to basically dupe.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Stack Meka-Tools in your inventory.
  2. Install any unit to all at once.
  3. Split the Meka-Tools and uninstall the units you installed.
  4. Enjoy the dupe.

Mekanism version is wrong, I compiled it myself but I don't think it really matters.
