watermark effects

hi,there.
I noticed that the repo had not been updated for a long time .I found the effect of the watermark is two lines cross.I now need a watermark effect similar to officeword. transparent,rotation and unselectable.I would like to ask if the current version can make such a result, but I did not find the method.
By the way, Open source pdf sdk is very little, also respect your contribution in this regard.My English is really bad.Hope for understanding.
