Slatwall Branch does not include option for isSlatwallIntegrationActive plugin setting

We are hoping to use the Slatwall branch of this plugin, but after installing it we are not finding the option to set the isSlatwallIntegrationActive and also not seeing the new attributes within slatwall for the plugin.

The slatwall branch was to accept a pull request from a community member ... which never happened. Sorry for the confusion.
