Blazor hybrid support

Hi @melihercan! Do you expect to add Blazor hybrid support?
I found that WebRTCme.Bindings.Blazor.Extensions.JsRuntimeExtensions.Invoke and InvokeVoid relies on IJSInProcessRuntime, the problem is that this interface isn't available in hybrid.
