Add Anki support via Anki-Connect

Would be nice to be able seamlessly add words to Anki.
Thoughts
- keypress when hovering word:
- Brings up dialogue with options to add word to specific deck, etc...
- Automatically adds word deck that was selected in options.
- Add to special deck specifically made to handle rikaikun's data points.
- Routes user to options if not setup / connected properly.
