Don't prevent normal match highlighting on non canvas portions of Google Docs

When I made google Doc check more lenient that also affected my check to prevent normal highlighting of canvas text. This means highlighting on other parts of the page no longer works.

The check for highlighting should be specific to being inside a canvas (svg or rect).
