Create a help installation document

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We started on the Jandig community this semester and we have a fill problems setting up the environment. So we believe that a document with the details (step by step) of the installation of the Jandig dependencies and how to fix the most common bugs that they may have to help the beginners to set the environment, and start contributing to the Jandig project.

Describe the solution you'd like
As mentioned earlier, the resolution for this issue includes adding a document in the Jandig repository, to help new contributors interact with the code, especially new developers that are interested in the application

Additional context
This document will be created to help Developers, it purpose isn't help users with any Jandig functionalities. I was thinking about put a link in the initial Readme file to this document. Something like "Did you have any problems? Click here!". In that way people in the future will update this document when new problems emerge.
