Describe

This refactoring is aimed at making the help page more organized and accessible, it currently has only one tutorial that has an English version.

Therefore, I propose to carry out the translation of the missing files and divide them into two sections "Portuguese" and "English".

Source files affected by this issue

1. Modify index.rst;
2. Create anicaoes-ingles.rst;
3. Create marcadores-ingles.rst;

Describe refactoring alternatives to redesign the code

1. Translate animations.rst pages and bookmarks.rst into English;
2. Organize the menu in order to separate the contents in English from those in Portuguese.
