How to set formatting on values?

In my microflow I format the values (for example the legenda) with formatFloat($SumVar,'#,###')
. The result is 32.932.222 (32 million) but is shown as 32,932.222.
Is it possible to set the locale or somehing on the chart? My project language is in NL_nl (user lang also)
