[Doughnut] Disabling a slice doesn't refresh

When I disable a slice in the legend it doesn't refresh the object, causing the disabled slice to remain visible. This feature DOES work in the Pie chart
Banana slice is disabled, but still visible (donut)
Software slice is disabled and no longer visible in the chart (pie)
