VS 2019 shows messages when solution opened

Open the project in Visual Studio 2019 (I'm using 16.4.4), and several IDE0059 messages will appear in the Error List window.
Our policy is to get a clean build—if warnings and messages are always present it's too easy to ignore new ones that tell you something important. So these should be fixed.
