Upload file page is not accessible even after completing the wifi setup

Steps to reproduce the issue.

  1. Turn on the devices.
  2. Connect to the ESPPIC hotspot
  3. Enter credentials for wifi network. Note down the new IP address from Serial monitor
  4. Try to connect to http://<new_ip>/i.html. It will return 404 page not found error.
