Unfortunately I cannot view the picture you uploaded.
The value of FB1 is non critical in my opinion. That's why I didn't measure its exact values. It is used to block stray RF from entering the BK1080 power line.
Candidates could be something similar to Coilcraft's DF series (https://www.coilcraft.com/de-de/products/rf/ferrite-core-chip-inductors/0402-(1005)/0402df/0402df-221/).
When I have time during the next weeks, I can try to measure its inductance.
