Question: "create_core" initialization

According to dataverse installation, this step is required after installing solr:
bin/solr create_core -c collection1 -d server/solr/collection1/conf/
Perhaps this needs to be included in a post-install trigger?

@otheus Thanks for your interest but I am no longer maintaining this project. I will update the readme.
