[ENHANCEMENT] Layout shift when loading

When the app is loading, e.i waiting for wagmi to be ready, there are some layout shifts that occur when the app is finally ready, caused by the size of items in both states being different. This makes for a poor UX so we should reduce layout shift as much as possible.
