Control Center remote power/mute grayed out

Is it possible to have these buttons working? Now they are grayed out.
Those controls should work, maybe you are missing something?
Hmm, strange. The volume with the side button works and also power on inside the home app itself. I have disabled the extra volume button though. But that should not impact those buttons I guess. I Will try to add my other TV and see if it is the same.
Same with my OLED48A16LA :) with default settings and nothing changed.

Yes :) I noticed I got I new firmware a week ago on both TVs. (I did not have the plugin installed before that, just a side note) all other commandos work in the control center remote. it's just the power on / Mute that once the tv is selected they are first lite up about a second and then turns grey. i'am using the official homebridge image on a raspberry pi 4 freshly installed with no other plugins on it. The TV was also factory reset.

Sorry, Volume does not work either. Only Directions, Play/Pause,Back, info
EDIT: It works sometimes, and sometimes it will only change volume on the phone instead.
The startup log looks fine, could you post a log from the moment when you try to switch the TV in the remote and they light up for a second?
Nothing is shown in the log when doing that :(
Do the power button in the accessory work? How about the volume buttons there? Also how often do you see the "Connecting to TV" in the log?
First I just want to say I appreciate your time helping me out. I reinstalled my raspberry again and factory reset TV and added one TV only this time. Volume works, both in control center and from the volume buttons I home app. The power in home app also works. But power/mute still grayed out in cc.
No connecting In log what I can see. Are you using iOS 17.5.1 ?
When TV is off I get a lot off connecting, but I guess that Is normal

Yeah, when the tv is off then this is fine.
At this point i have no more ideas what the issues could be on your side, everything seems to be fine. The last thing which you could try is to enable deepDebugLog and check if there is anything unusual in the log when you open the control center https://github.com/merdok/homebridge-webos-tv?tab=readme-ov-file#troubleshooting
It might produce a lot of log output so do not forget to turn it off afterwards.
I tried the built in HomeKit way of adding the TV (which sucks) but it did not allow me to use those buttons either.
Yeah well not sure where the issue might be... the behavior is kind of strange...
FYI I'm having exactly the same issues as OP - I'll spend some time trying to capture logs and see if I can add anything to this issue.
Same here - Volume Control /w Control Center not working, while "buttons" in Home are okay. Any idea?
