Somehow i find this -dirty
a little irritating whenever i check dmidecode
to see which version of skulls/coreboot i have on my X230. I once looked into the build process and there seem to be no patches applied. Maybe building coreboot out of the source tree in a separate build folder could solve that.
I might some day suggest a patch, but maybe someone else also finds that -dirty
weird and feels like doing something about it.

i.e. 1.0.6 presents itself as Version: CBET4000 4.18-915-g3c528f2830-dirty
being based on 3c528f2830
without changes
