Describe the bug
Running collie foundation docs --update fails with errors like
time=2023-11-23T18:26:31+01:00 level=error msg=open /Users/jrudolph/dev/mc/likvid-cloudfoundation/foundations/likvid-prod/platforms/azure/bootstrap/.terragrunt-cache/ByYlR33kW1ddEPqZR_-EWJd-d5I/Y5Jm2BYHj1OMAGX-ddMr-eJBvFs/kit/azure/bootstrap/.terragrunt-module-manifest: no such file or directory
The behavior is not consistent, i.e. sometimes it works. This is probably connected to collie running multiple terragrunt invocations concurrently to speed up collecting the output from multiple modules.
