[Catalog] Incorporate Azure Model as Annotation-Only Model into Integration Sheet

After discussing with @leecalcote on Slack, it was determined that the Azure Architecture model should be incorporated into the integration sheet as an annotation-only model. This will ensure its inclusion in the default Meshery project build.
