Build with SBT

Looks like this is done. The commit message says "switch from sbt to maven", but think you just got that backwards :-) b5feae6

There is a line in the README that should be updated however. This won't work anymore:

mvn compile exec:java

@benmccann not sure how, but I created this issue in the wrong project 😕
