New Zeppelin release is broken

@deanwampler Hey, I think there might have been a mistake when you were specifying the Spark docker image to use. There is no mesosphere/spark:1.1.0-2.1.0-hadoop-2.7 image, so when local universe is built, it fails for Zeppelin. Did you perhaps mean 1.1.0-2.1.1-hadoop-2.7 ?
