Add information for evaluation

Make it possible to add a note that shows up for coaches. This way we could clarify what kind of answers we are looking for.
In some more "creative" tasks I'm not necessarily looking for the correct solution, I just want the attendee to think about a problem. And I can't blame volunteers who don't get that :)
