Consistency: `count-triples` should support option `by` as alias for `count-by`

count-triples and sort-triples both have an option to define the orientation of the command:
count-by= and by=

I suggest that by should be supported by count-triples too. In order to be backwards compatible we could introduce by= as alias for count-by=
