The link to the Contributing Guide in the README is outdated and needs to be updated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the README of the repository.
  2. Locate the link to the Contributing Guide.
  3. Observe that it leads to 404 page.

Expected behavior
The link to the Contributing Guide should lead not lead to a 404 page.
