We should blast the part that is given by hmmer and not the whole gene.

This should be fixed in two parts:

@bosterholz

  • will update the hmmer part, so that start, stop or length is available overview.txt

@pbelmann

  • will update the html and the higlight the sequence in the sequence viewer.
